OVERVIEW

Greyhorse via its India allocation infrastructure provides a non-traditional growth capital solution to qualified startups and matured businesses seeking to accelerate revenue and customer growth. This is not a typical venture capital, private equity, or traditional debt financing. Greyhorse does not take equity, board seats, or ownership in partner companies. Greyhorse also does not provide conventional debt facilities requiring principal repayment, fixed interest, or collateral. Instead, Greyhorse deploys capital directly toward customer acquisition and revenue acceleration.

STRUCTURE MODEL





Greyhorse partners with growth-oriented startups and businesses that want to hyperscale revenue, customer acquisition, and market penetration. Through Greyhorse’s proprietary capital deployment framework, approved startups and businesses receive access to structured capital that is used specifically to subsidize customer acquisition costs.

For example, Greyhorse may allocate capital directly toward end-customer cash, incentives, rewards, credits, or subsidy programs designed to accelerate transaction volume, customer onboarding, and revenue growth. In exchange, partner companies enter into a one-time structured revenue sharing agreement with Greyhorse, together with approved commercial data-sharing arrangements. There is no equity dilution and no traditional debt structure.
