Role Description The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources activities, including employee life cycle processes, HR documentation, and compliance with organizational policies. This full-time, on-site role based in Kochi includes overseeing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, coordinating performance management cycles,



and supporting learning and development initiatives. The position involves handling employee queries, facilitating positive employee relations, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures. The HR Executive will collaborate with leadership and functional teams to support workforce planning, engagement activities, and continuous improvement of HR operations.
