Key Objectives

Deliver high-quality PMP certification training sessions that prepare candidates for the PMP exam.

Develop and update course materials to reflect the latest PMI guidelines and industry trends.

Foster an interactive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and knowledge retention.

Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities





Conduct instructor-led PMP training sessions both in-person and virtually, adapting delivery to suit diverse learner needs.

Create, review, and enhance training content, including presentations, practice exams, and study guides.

Stay current with PMI updates, exam changes, and emerging project management methodologies.

Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to candidates requiring additional support.

Collaborate with the training team to develop innovative learning tools and resources.

Track and report on learner progress, attendance, and certification outcomes.

Maintain a skilled and supportive atmosphere that encourages learner confidence and success.

Qualifications

Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) credential from PMI is required.

Proven experience in project management and a strong understanding of PMI’s PMBOK Guide.
