What you’ll do




Serve as the primary application support partner for Payroll and HR, providing expert support across compensation, benefits, absence, time tracking, and Workday Payroll, Security, and integrations, while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.
Execute ongoing system configuration changes, such as business processes, foundational data, and security model updates, and participate in the bi‑weekly Agile sprint development process for Tier 3 requests and feature enhancements, adhering to SDLC methodology and Workday Change Management protocols.
Architect and design end‑to‑end solutions that include Workday configuration, integrations, and downstream system impacts, working closely with integration and platform engineering teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translate them into technical designs, and configure, test, and deploy changes into production.
