We are seeking a skilled and versatile Music Producer to collaborate with our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of genre-specific trends, strong technical proficiency, and the ability to create commercially viable tracks.

Position Overview

This is a part-time, per-project engagement designed for music producers who want to work in a professional, results-driven environment.

* The first project will be unpaid and will serve as a skills and workflow evaluation.
* Upon successful completion of the evaluation project, all subsequent projects will be paid at mutually agreed-upon per-project rates.





Key Responsibilities

Music Creation & Arrangement

* Develop high-quality, original compositions in Punjabi, hip-hop, and commercial genres.
* Arrange, program, and layer musical elements to create industry-standard productions.

Sound Design & Technical Execution

* Design unique sound textures, apply creative audio effects, and develop distinctive sonic identities.
* Operate skilled DAWs and plugins for recording, production, mixing, and mastering.

Collaboration & Creative Direction

* Work closely with vocalists, lyricists, and session musicians to achieve project objectives.
* Contribute innovative ideas aligned with current market trends and audience preferences.

Project Management

* Deliver completed projects within established deadlines while maintaining well-organized session files.
* Ensure technical and creative consistency across all deliverables.
