Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with solid expertise in H1B Transfers , H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC consultant marketing in the US IT Staffing domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle H1B Transfers and market H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC consultants.
- Market bench consultants to vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
- Source new requirements through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Build and maintain solid vendor and client relationships.
- Negotiate rates and close placements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end submission process.




- Maintain consultant availability and regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly placement targets.
