Required Qualifications & Experience
- 4-7 years of hands-on social media management experience, preferably in a consumer-facing brand or digital agency .
- Proven track record of delivering organic growth and engagement through strategic and tactical efforts.
- Deep knowledge of social platform algorithms , content types, audience behavior, and best practices.
- Robust command of analytics tools , and ability to draw actionable insights from data.
- Prior experience in leading a social media team ; able to balance team oversight with personal execution.

- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create monthly/weekly content calendars , ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and brand tone.

Content & Community Management
- Guide the ideation and creation of compelling, platform-native content (static, video, interactive).
- Ensure real-time engagement with audiences and community management that s responsive and consistent.
- Monitor conversations, brand mentions, and trends to identify moment marketing opportunities.
