About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products and services.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and operational processes.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates with 6+ months of International Voice Process experience preferred
- Excellent English Communication Skills (Mandatory)
- Age Limit: Up to 32 Years
- Candidates must currently be based in Bangalore
- No relocation assistance available
