JOB OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a high-performing & passionate Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets in Gujarat. He/She will be responsible for travelling frequently across Gujarat to promote our products and generate sales, working closely with the Regional Sales Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
▪ Sales, marketing & promotion of the company's traffic marking paints, glass beads, primers and road marking paint application equipment across Gujarat.
▪ Travelling extensively across Gujarat (and other regions as required) for sales and promotion of company products.
▪ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base in Gujarat and ensures its strong market presence.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships across the assigned territory.
▪ Identify potential customers with the help of associations, contacts and exhibitions; make sales calls, meet clients and conduct timely follow-ups.
▪ Achieve sales targets effectively and contribute to the company's growth in the Gujarat region.




▪ Generate recent leads, manage customer accounts and ensure timely payments; address customer complaints/grievances efficiently and bring them to proper closure. Present sales, revenue and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
▪ Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS:
▪ Successful previous experience in a sales role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. ▪ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. ▪ Good business sense and willingness to build paint industry expertise.
▪ Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
▪ Graduation (mandatory).
▪ Diploma/MBA in Marketing / Sales (preferred, not mandatory).
PREFERENCES:
▪ Road Marking Paint Industry & related knowledge preferred.
▪ 2-4 years' experience in sales, preferably in the road marking / paints / allied sector.
▪ Language proficiency in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
