Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager / Relationship Officer to drive business growth for the branch by acquiring new customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in gold loan sales , strong market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business leads through various sales and marketing channels.
- Acquire new customers and expand the branch customer base.
- Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
- Cross-sell third-party financial products to existing and new customers.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, documentation, and company policies.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Develop and implement branch-level business promotion strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams and the Branch Head to support business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Gold Loan Sales or a similar financial services role.
- Strong understanding of gold loan products, market trends, and sales strategies.
- Established customer network and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel .
