Main Duties
- Lead and manage all track maintenance activities in accordance with the approved Maintenance Management Plan and SAR requirements.
- Ensure preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance works are executed safely and within the specified response times.
- Monitor track condition, inspection findings, and maintenance KPIs to ensure safe and reliable railway operations.
- Coordinate possession planning, maintenance schedules, and resource allocation to minimize operational disruption.
- Review maintenance reports and implement corrective actions to improve track performance and asset reliability.
Other Duties
- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work environment.
- Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of all employees and company assets.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and overall business objectives.

Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
- Membership in a recognized skilled engineering institution is desirable.
- Years of Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in railway, infrastructure, and heavy maintenance projects.
- Minimum 10 years in senior project management or leadership roles managing multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale railway or infrastructure maintenance contracts.
- Strong experience in contract administration, stakeholder management, resource planning, and operational leadership.
