Main Duties
- Direct and manage all project activities related to track maintenance, structures maintenance, and equipment management.
- Act as the primary interface between the Contractor and SAR Management on all contractual and operational matters.
- Report project status, progress, risks, and contractual issues to SAR on a regular basis.
- Provide strategic leadership to the Project Management team to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, technical specifications, SAR procedures, and project objectives.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, manpower utilization, and overall project performance.
- Monitor project KPIs relating to safety, quality, cost, schedule, and operational performance.
- Ensure adequate coordination between Project Management, District Managers, QA/QC, HSE, Workshop, and Technical Support teams.
- Review and approve project strategies, maintenance programmes, resource plans, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Lead the resolution of major technical, contractual, operational,
and commercial issues.
- Ensure implementation of quality assurance and quality control systems throughout the project.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all HSE requirements.
- Review project risks and ensure suitable mitigation measures are implemented.
- Ensure sufficient staffing, equipment, and resources are available to meet contractual obligations.
- Represent the Contractor during meetings, audits, inspections, and management reviews conducted by SAR.

- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work workplace.
- Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of all employees and company assets.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and overall business objectives.
