Main Duties
- Oversee the maintenance, servicing, calibration, and availability of all MOW plant, machinery, vehicles, and specialized railway maintenance equipment.
- Ensure preventive maintenance programmes are implemented to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate workshop operations to ensure timely repair and deployment of maintenance equipment.
- Monitor spare parts inventory, equipment utilization, and maintenance costs to support efficient project execution.
- Ensure all workshop activities comply with Quality, Safety, and Environmental requirements.

- Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work environment.
- Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of all employees and company assets.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and overall business objectives.

Required Academic Qualification
- Qualification

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering,



or a related Engineering discipline.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
- Membership in a recognized qualified engineering institution is desirable.
- Years of Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in railway, infrastructure, and heavy maintenance projects.
- Minimum 10 years in senior project management or leadership roles managing multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale railway or infrastructure maintenance contracts.
- Strong experience in contract administration, stakeholder management, resource planning, and operational leadership.
