We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager who will oversee and drive the successful execution of IT projects, manage cross-functional teams, and collaborate with business development, talent acquisition, and HR teams to fulfill staffing requirements. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of mobile, web, and custom software development, experience with Jira, Scrum methodologies, and an understanding of diverse tech stacks.
Key Responsibilities
- Project & Delivery Management:
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle for mobile apps, web applications, and custom software development.
- Define project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Utilize Jira and other project management tools to track project progress, sprints, and resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to Scrum and Agile methodologies for efficient development and delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring on-time and quality project execution.
- Team & Resource Management:
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including developers, designers,



and QA professionals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and ensure skill enhancement within the team.
- Resolve team conflicts, facilitate collaboration, and ensure a productive work setting.
- Allocate resources efficiently based on project requirements and availability.
- Technology & Process Optimization:
- Stay updated with the latest tech stacks, frameworks, and development trends in mobile (iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native), web (React.js, Next.js, Node.js, PHP, Laravel, Python), and software development.
- Recommend and implement best coding practices, security measures, and performance optimization techniques.
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
- Staff Augmentation & Talent Coordination:
- Work closely with Business Development, Talent Acquisition, and HR teams to understand staffing needs.
