Job Requirements
- The HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist will work with the Client Services team to help clients optimize HubSpot.
- Implement HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service, Commerce, CMS, and Operations Hub .
- Hands-on experience in HubDb .
- Migrate from different CRMs to HubSpot.
- Create an implementation plan as per the client s business model.
- Be the go-to person for any HubSpot-related questions or issues.
- Design and implement scalable HubSpot automation architectures, advanced workflows, and integrations to support marketing, sales, and customer service processes.
- Optimize HubSpot accounts to improve processes, automation, and data hygiene.
- Troubleshoot bugs, sync errors, and provide recommendations.
- Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
- Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows to convert leads into customers.
- Work alongside Customer Success Managers to build excellent relationships and trust with clients.




- Create custom reports and dashboards to track client KPIs and sales performance.
- Support growth as a thought leader for HubSpot.

This is a mid-level, non-managerial role. Full time candidates only. This role is fully remote except for a few team get-togethers throughout the year.
CMS: Bonus if you have experience in optimizing HubSpot CMS to ensure a seamless user experience, creating, and updating custom themes, website pages, landing pages, CTA s, Monitoring performance, analyzing key metrics, and staying current with industry trends to implement best practices and enhance website functionality.
