Role Overview:
The Associate - KM (Documentation Specialist) will be responsible for documentation and content management of Accordion customer projects. He /She will be expected to be the go-to person for all Knowledge Management documents.
What You will do:
- Work with the internal project teams to gather an in-depth knowledge about the problem context and solution, and translate complex analysis into polished, simple, and engaging content.
- Connect with Project Managers post the initiation of new projects to provide access to relevant documents based on the project scope.
- Collaborate with the Leadership team to identify any new documentation requirements based on the new/emerging capabilities, so that the knowledge is stored and distributed across the organization.
- Create high quality and comprehensive documents such as Case studies, Success Stories and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) by thoroughly understanding the requirements/scope
- Align with the documentation guidelines laid out by Accordion.
- Evaluate existing documents in repositories and update them frequently to capture any new learnings/work.
- Own end-to-end documentation management including creation, storage, maintenance, and dissemination.
Ideally, you have:
- 2-5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Undergraduate degree with strong performance; Masters degree and/or business degree is a plus.
- Very strong written communication and documentation skills with great attention to detail.
- Experience in using documentation tools, and Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Produce quality work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines as well as internal expectations for quality and accuracy.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye of prioritization.
- Firm understanding of technical jargons and analysis.
