About the role: - (Senior Psychologist - Sports)
- You will be responsible for collaborating with a multi-disciplinary sports team to design and deploy contemporary practices, that promote the emotional and mental wellbeing of a diverse group of athletes. This position will play an key role in ensuring the psychological readiness of professional athletes to engage in high-performance athletic competitions. The Senior Sports Psychologist will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing mental performance strategies to enhance the psychological well-being and performance of athletes. This position involves working closely with athletes, coaches, and support staff to deliver tailored psychological interventions, conduct assessments, and foster an environment that encourages resilience, motivation, and peak performance. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in sports psychology, demonstrate a thorough understanding of high-performance environments, and show the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

- Develop and implement individualized mental skills training programs, including goal setting, focus and concentration techniques, imagery, and visualization.
