Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop and produce a wide range of content, including blogs, white papers, case studies, website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing assets.
- Maintain and refine TechBlocks brand voice across all content, ensuring consistency with our marketing strategy.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform content.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Contribute to content strategy development in alignment with business and marketing goals.
- Events:
- Manage event-related blogs, social calendars (pre/during/post),



and follow-ups with stakeholders/Head of Marketing.
- Case Studies:
- Collaborate with stakeholders/SME on purpose, format, sources, and approvals.
- Content for SEO & Vendor ops:
- Content writing to support SEO initiatives and managing projects in collaboration with the SEO vendor.
- Employer Branding:
- Draft internal comms + coordination (emailers, culture posts, celebrations)
- PR & Communications:
- Draft press releases and thought leadership content in collaboration with stakeholders
- SEO & Publishing:
- On-page optimization, interlinking, Core Web Vitals monitoring
- Cross-Functional Team Management:
- Inter & intra departmental coordination
- Coordinate between creative, content, and SEO pods for timelines and deliverables.
