- Providing Technical Service in Powder Coating Division.
- Handling Instruments Like TTR, DFT meter. So that the Product should achieve the proper EMT.
- Line Facility Improvements of Customers such as BAJAJ AUTO, JCB INDIA Ltd, IFB,
- Defect Handling of the customers line.
- Working with Customers such as JCB INDIA Ltd, BAJAJ AUTO, IFB
- Conducting audits of Quality and production material at various OEM's.
- Responsible for New Colour and Product Development.
- IQC Problem Study and Countermeasure Implementation.
- Responsible for managing Booth parameters.
- Responsible for Production and Process Engineering Activities at Customers End.
- Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is protected, reliable and efficient
- Creating a customer-centric environment in shop floor with various new innovative ideas execution by low cost automation.
- Co-ordination with Production Planning teams
