Active participation in design reviews, DFMEA session and deep-dives and ensure robust DFMEA and DVP items are planned
Ensuring the lessons learned from older program are cascaded into current program

Tracking of high RPN issues at each stage of development
Audit the processes being followed during manufacturing (EoL, IQC etc.). Find the gaps and give the required feedback
Active participation in PPAP audit, identify critical process and detection / prevention controls needed against critical process
Design of experiments to root cause vehicle level issues
Preparing of lessons learned document and action plan to avoid it at later stage
Ensuring the end to end quality of major engineering changes done during sustenance
