Job Purpose : The role is responsible for delivering specific advanced analytics projects and drive data-driven decision-making and innovation within the organization. This role involves identifying projects, understanding the business need, delivering the development and implementation of advanced analytics, machine learning models, and data strategies to solve complex business problems individually or with team of data scientists. The Senior TM Data Scientist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective use of data, provide strategic insights, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Personally deliver at least 2 high impact analytics projects and guide the data scientist team to deliver 2-3 advanced analytics projects. Help define the team scope and Objective to Deliver Advance Analytics and guide Skill development to sustain such Projects Support in creating Analytics Roadmap for Business teams and Ensure governance and execution of the same
Engage in a Player Coach model in AI/ML for overall/Critical Business use cases or Hindalco wide use cases with External / Internal Data Science Partners. Develop and Maintain standards in MLOps and Data Science Implementation of the team.
