We are seeking a skilled and proactive Deputy Manager - Legal to join our energetic team. This role is ideal for a law graduate with a CS Inter qualification who possesses strong communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.



The successful candidate will be responsible for managing legal documentation, ensuring compliance, and supporting various corporate governance functions.
Role & responsibilities:
- Legal :
- Commercial Contracts : -Draft, review and finalise commercial contracts and other legal documents. Ensure that all documents comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Legal Research : Conduct legal research to stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization. Provide legal opinions and advice based on research findings.
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and ensure compliance across the company in adherence to the legal and regulatory requirements.
- Document Management : Maintain an organized system for document storage and retrieval. Track changes and updates to legal documents and maintain version control.
- Collaborate with attorneys, auditors, and other internal & external stakehold
