- Detect risks and Prevent problems from Cradle to Grave .
- React when a risk is identified, Escalate roadblocks to PG / PL management
Ensure CPM is respected
- Respect of build In Quality Standards: SPPC tracking sheet is used - SPPC identification procedure is respected - SPPC
