Role Description
The Product Development Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end product development for gold loan and related financial offerings, from concept to launch. Day-to-day activities include conducting market and customer research, defining product requirements, collaborating with R&D;, engineering, design, and operations teams, and managing product roadmaps and timelines. The Product Development Lead will monitor product performance,



analyze data and feedback, and implement improvements to enhance usability, profitability, and compliance. The role also involves cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and alignment of product strategy with business objectives.

Product Vision and Strategy:
Should have previously worked in defining, and executing the Product vision, strategy & product road map for the organization. Must have hands on experience and evolved knowledge of how to envision the Product roadmap from a wholistic approach.
• Partner Management: Should have worked with TSP’s & Partners to develop products. Having a proactive passion to work, coordinate & deliver in every circumstance. Ensure that Vendors deliver on timelines committed.
• Innovation Mindset: Should have a mindset to keep thinking solutions, bringing in recent ideas and ways to execute them, go around the market to understand how things can be done differen
