ob Summary To ensure proactive maintenance program to operate site maintenance and automation processes in an effective manner in compliance to the company policies and statutory requirement.
To ensure on time within budget delivery of debottlenecking projects / recent product implementation projects and to drive proactive asset care program to operate site maintenance services in a cost-effective manner in compliance to the company policies, To establish ownership and capability at team level.Accountable for overall site maintenance, utility operation and process automation and achievement of the site efficiency by aligning the available resources in the best possible manner and takes other functional support as and when required to achieve the job context
Key Job Responsibilities
Site Maintenance Management
- Ensure line equipment is operational in its desired efficiency and productivity
- Develop a Preventive maintenance system for the plant
- Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly job plan
- Co-ordinate with Line and support engineers for execution of PM jobs as per plan
- Initiates, implements, and manages the line maintenance program based on best practices, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance
Maintenance Improvement
- Analysis of OEE
- Co-ordinate with Line and support functions for carrying out RCA for any repetitive problems.
- To develop action plan from RCAs and co-ordinate execution
- Cost reduction thru improved manufacturing efficiency- Yield
- Improvement in Energy Consumption reduction
Spare Management
- To identify list of spares and implement proper spares.
- Complete spare part management
