Position : Associate / Analyst
Desired Qualification: MBA (Finance) / CA
Experience: 02- 05 Years
Location : Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
- Support investment team in deal analysis, presentations, reporting & other investment related activities.
- Responsible for investment evaluation, build financial model, valuations, preparation of investment memorandums, presentations and other investment related documents
- Conduct due diligence on potential investments, carryout primary and secondary research on the sector and company, conduct field visits, interviews with experts, co-ordination with external agencies for legal and financial diligence
- Develop pipeline for potential investments as per the investment mandate of the Fund
- Support team in the fund-raising activities, investor communication, newsletters, quarterly reports etc.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Should have an analytical mind with strong written and verbal communication
- Self driven with solid attention to detail.
- Candidate with exposure to start-up eco-system or having experience in investment banking, venture capital, incubation center, consulting shall be preferred
