We are looking for a motivated, results-driven experienced Technical Recruiter to join our agile team and take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand technical and competency-based requirements for each role, and design a tailored, effective recruitment process.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies that meet the businesss needs, ensuring timely and cost-effective candidate pipelines.
- Conduct in-depth resume screening, phone interviews, and technical assessments to evaluate candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners to optimize recruitment efforts.
- Leverage data analysis and market intelligence to make informed, data-driven decisions,



providing regular feedback and insights to hiring managers.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of proven experience as a technical recruiter with hands-on full-cycle recruitment experience, especially in filling complex technical roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including social media platforms and niche job boards.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly driven, energetic, and passionate about recruitment with a strong desire to achieve results. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and drive solutions autonomously.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
