Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service & Pricing Manager to handle pricing strategies and customer service operations for Liner and NVOCC services . The ideal candidate will be responsible for rate negotiations, customer relationship management, and ensuring smooth service execution while maintaining strong coordination with shipping lines and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination for bookings, documentation, and cargo movement.

Pricing & Rate Negotiation:
- Negotiate freight rates with liners and NVOCC operators to secure competitive pricing.
- Prepare and manage customer quotations while ensuring profitability and market competitiveness.




- Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust pricing strategies accordingly.

Operations & Coordination:
- Work closely with liners, feeder operators, and logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Ensure accuracy in pricing updates, freight contracts, and service agreements.
- Handle escalations related to service delays, rate discrepancies, or operational issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, pricing, or operations within Liner/NVOCC shipping.
- Solid knowledge of freight rate structures, shipping documentation, and trade lane pricing.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in freight management systems, MS Excel, and pricing tools.
- Ability to handle multiple customer accounts and work in a fast-paced environment.
