Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with senior leaders and managers both locally and internationally to translate and drive corporate strategy into HR priorities and actionable goals, ensuring individual and business unit goals are aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide continuous feedback to business unit leadership as well as other areas within HR on a range of business and HR issues.
- Analyze historical data to identify business and people trends and help managers predict and prepare for the future.
- Employ effective cross-cultural communications to promote positive business behaviour and influence positive outcomes throughout the business.
- Coach managers on organisational effectiveness and development, and implications of people management.
- Collaborate with HR and Centres of Excellence to develop and implement HR products and services.
- Partners with Talent Acquisition including working with managers on all recent hires, replacement positions, selection process, interviews, and post interview follow-up;
- Assists with developing HR strategy and prioritizing and executing multiple initiatives aimed at supporting the performance, development, reward, engagement and retention of employees and Member of leadership team for the client groups that you will be supporting
- Develops and maintains partnerships with senior decision-makers within client groups to effectively achieve business results and manage complex HR activities.
- Consults and influences executives on a variety of strategic HR issues including workforce development, culture, employee engagement, compensation and diversity strategy
- Forges strong relationships, influences key stakeholders, and builds consensus around decision-making and problem-solving. Recognizes which stakeholders hold influence to drive resolution and move work forward
