Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Plant HR Manager with strong expertise in plant-level human resources management , including Performance Management Systems (PMS), union handling, biometric attendance tracking, and statutory compliance . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations at the plant, ensuring labor law adherence, employee engagement, and smooth workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management & Workforce Development:
- Implement and oversee the Performance Management System (PMS) for plant employees.
- Facilitate employee training and skill development programs to enhance workforce efficiency.
- Work closely with department heads to drive employee performance and productivity.

Union Handling & Employee Relations:
- Manage union negotiations, grievances, and conflict resolution to maintain industrial harmony.
- Build solid employee relations and proactively address workforce concerns.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and employees to foster a positive work environment.





Biometric Tracking & Attendance Management:
- Oversee biometric attendance tracking and ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Monitor workforce attendance and implement policies to reduce absenteeism.
- Collaborate with IT and admin teams to maintain and improve attendance tracking systems.

Statutory Compliance & HR Operations:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, industrial regulations, and statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and liaise with labor authorities as required.
- Maintain all HR records, policies, and procedures in accordance with legal and company standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in plant HR , preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup.
- Strong knowledge of PMS, labor laws, union negotiations, and compliance management .
