3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
4. Budgeting and Cost Management:



Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and optimizing resource allocation.
5. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications Required

· Minimum 16 - 18 years of experience in IT Product Services & from Computer Engineering / Computer Science background.
Skills and Experience Required

· At least 5+ years of experience in project management with IT Product services is crucial.
· A PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
· Excellent project management and communication skills are crucial.
