Job Overview:
We are looking for a Production Shift Supervisor to ensure optimal machine utilization, maintain quality standards, and oversee shift operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in production management, quality control, and shift reporting .
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure targeted utilization and efficiency of production machines during shifts.
- Set up and maintain quality parameters as per operational requirements.
- Monitor, verify, and authorize quality documentation and shift reports.
- Identify and resolve production issues to optimize performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless shift operations.

Requirements:
- Experience in production operations and quality assurance .
- Robust understanding of machine efficiency and utilization metrics .
- Proficiency in shift reporting and documentation .
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field .
