Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Data Engineering or Data Migration projects. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing large-scale data transformation, migration, or integration projects and possess a deep understanding of data systems, cloud environments, and engineering processes.
This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for Data Engineering or Data Migration initiatives.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with data engineering teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project scope and objectives.
Coordinate with teams to gather requirements, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
Manage data integration efforts, ensuring smooth data flow across different platforms and systems.
Handle risks,



change requests, and project adjustments while maintaining communication with stakeholders.
Provide regular project updates to senior management and other key stakeholders.
Manage the performance of third-party vendors and contractors (if applicable).
Ensure compliance with relevant data governance policies and security standards.
Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.

‍Qualifications Required
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on data engineering or data migration.
Experience in managing large-scale data transformation, migration, or integration projects.
Strong knowledge of database management, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (e.g.,AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
