About the Role
We are looking for an agile, motivated, and dedicated individual to join our APAC Property and Casualty Operations Team in Bangalore as a
Reinsurance Operations Associate .
The APAC Operations team is part of the P&C; Reinsurance Division , managing in-force reinsurance business end-to-end. In this role, you will be responsible for reinsurance accounts and claims handling, ensuring full contractual compliance. You will work within a structured policy and process framework, with the opportunity to suggest improvements. The position includes managing a portfolio of APAC clients and collaborating with internal and external partners in a energetic, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end processing of reinsurance accounts including premiums, claims, brokerage




- Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and adherence to process, quality, and control standards
- Timely and accurate handling of claims, including proper indexation and data capture
- Maintain portfolio financials and ensure timely fund collection (Accounts Receivable)
- Manage follow-ups and escalate unresolved issues appropriately
- Ensure compliance with all internal, external, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Effectively manage own workload to meet service and business expectations
- Engage directly with internal partners and external clients to resolve operational issues
- Ensure professional client communication and take ownership of service quality
- Collaborate across teams, functions, and geographies to meet internal client needs
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager
