Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Management:
- Facilitate and manage the performance appraisal cycle for employees within the department.
- Support leaders in setting clear performance goals and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
- HR Tools and Reporting:
- Leverage HR tools (Workday, PeopleStrong, ADP, SuccessFactors, etc.) for smooth execution of HR processes.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on various HR metrics such as performance, attrition, and employee satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build solid relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the team, and providing necessary training and support.
- Documentation: Oversee the documentation of HR processes, including contracts, agreements, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.




- Exit Management: Handle all exit-related activities, including conducting exit interviews, managing clearance processes, and providing reports on attrition trends.
- Attrition and Retention:
- Proactively monitor employee attrition rates, identify trends, and collaborate with management to implement retention strategies.
- Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Foster a positive employee experience through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Organize employee engagement activities and programs to enhance morale and productivity.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence:
- Ensure all HR processes comply with relevant labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide support in maintaining an inclusive and diverse workplace.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
