- Provide excellent client service and technical support to our programmatic demand clients
- Act as a second-level technical/SME point of contact for technical resolution and become an advisory point of contact for internal and external clients
- Assist clients with PMP setup, troubleshooting, and prepare campaign reporting and analysis
- Work closely with teams to spec out customization opportunities to improve campaign performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Create and contribute to technical documents and FAQs to document new developments and best practices
- Effectively manage up strategy conversation within teams
- Build strong client relationships with proactive, thoughtful, and poised communication
- Proactively up-sell additional targeting strategies and idea generation
- Contribute, handle or manage all aspects of programmatic campaign implementation, management, and cross-promoting




- Provide proposal builds/media plans for 'high value' campaigns in both local media group customers and agencies
- Communicate the value proposition of various programs and provide solutions to technical concepts
- Determine root causes for customer successes and failures
- Work with teams to monitor, track, and deliver programmatic executions, including assessing performance and optimizing accordingly
- Lead or assist in training, mentoring, and developing team members on optimizing and enhancing campaign performance, addressable technology, and media concepts

Education / Experience
- BE/BSc Computer Science degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 3-5 years experience in digital/online advertising, agency project management, and/or mobile or related setting
- 3-5 years of technical
