Job Title: Lead Technical Analyst – HCM Platform

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technical Analyst to join our team and drive the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of HR technology products. The successful candidate will leverage solid analytical, technical and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and drive successful delivery against business objectives.

Job Summary:
Primarily responsible for understanding and supporting HR business processes, analyzing complex data, and implementing technology solutions to address business needs. Responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting inbound and outbound integrations between HR systems, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, HR Data Platforms, Identity Management systems,



and other enterprise applications.

Interacts with technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as internal and external vendors and support groups to ensure optimal system functionality and user experience, as well as testing of application releases and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional projects that solve complex business problems and bridge business needs with technical solutions
Drive HR systems implementation and enhancement initiatives across platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and ADP Lyric HCM
Lead requirements gathering, documentation, configuration support, testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities
Oversee the support and continuous improvement of HR systems and integrations
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend scalable, sustainable solutions
Analyze gaps, investigate issues, identify root causes, and present
