Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing
Identify, target, and engage ideal B2B customers (SaaS, IT, Services, etc.)
Develop and execute outbound sales strategies (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure good client fit
Present customized lead generation solutions to meet client goals
Collaborate with the delivery and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff and onboarding
Track sales pipeline using CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors

Ideal Candidate1Strong Senior B2B Sales Hunter Profile driving recent business for a B2B Lead Generation / Demand Generation agency, selling Demand Gen / Marketing Services / IT Services / SaaS to mid-market and enterprise clients2Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 10+ years of direct B2B sales experience,



of which the most recent 5+ years must be in selling demand generation / lead generation / marketing services / IT services / SaaS3Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have owned the full sales cycle end to end (prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing) with a hunter mentality and strong closing ability4Mandatory (Experience 3) – Experience selling to global (US, UK, MENA)5Mandatory (Company) – Must come from a B2B lead generation / demand generation / content syndication / ABM / appointment-setting agency, or a B2B marketing services / IT services / SaaS / B2B tech company6Mandatory (Skill 1) – Must have sold to marketing, sales and growth decision-makers (CMO, VP Marketing, Head of Growth, Head of Demand Gen) in multi-stakeholder deals7Mandatory (Skill 2) – Must be hands-on with outbound motions: cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling, ABM and SDR workflows, and lead qualification8Mandatory (Skill 3) – Must be fluent with CRM and prospecting tools (HubSpot or Salesforce, plus LinkedIn
