Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end SAP batch job scheduling, execution, monitoring, and support.




Optimize job scheduling and execution patterns to improve performance and resource utilization.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency.
Ensure high availability, stability, and timely completion of batch processes.
Troubleshoot job failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
Manage workload balancing, job dependencies, and recovery procedures.
Collaborate with SAP Basis, application, and infrastructure teams to support operational excellence.
Maintain operational documentation, compliance standards, and performance reporting.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in SAP batch processing, job scheduling, and monitoring.
Knowledge of SAP Basis and system performance concepts.
Experience with enterprise scheduling tools such as Redwood, Control-M, or Automic.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and automation skills.
