designing and developing high‑quality, externally focused learning experiences
that support * University's global client and partner curriculum portfolio.
This role operates within * University's
global curriculum development model , working under the direction of
US‑based Curriculum Architects , who define learning strategy, learning objectives, experience frameworks, and curriculum standards for external audiences.



The Learning Designer & Developer is responsible for
executing against that strategy , shaping defined objectives into engaging, effective, and scalable learning experiences for clients and ecosystem partners.
The role partners closely with
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
to help convert complex payments, technology, and industry concepts into transparent, learner‑centered experiences suitable for professional, client‑facing audiences. The role is also expected to
leverage AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively
to improve development efficiency—using AI to accelerate the creation of
draft designs, outlines, scripts, and learning assets ,
