India's Gen Z still lacks a contemporary, engaging way to connect with its own culture—and we're building it, with experiences designed to leave players calmer, more grounded, and more connected to their roots.

Role
A 0 → 1 Business Lead responsible for product execution, partnerships across the dharmic ecosystem, and growth. You'll oversee the growth journey from 10K to 10M users and beyond.
You'll work directly with the founders in an ownership role measured on outcomes, not tasks.

Responsibilities
Product execution
● Translate product vision and user insight into shipped product; own roadmap and prioritization
● Run the operating cadence: sprints, releases, and live-ops decisions

● Coordinate across design, engineering, and IKS research to maintain direction and momentum

Partnerships (spiritual orgs, gurukuls, dharmic creators)
● Build relationships with spiritual organizations, gurukuls, temples, and dharmic content creators, and convert them into distribution, content, and credibility
● Structure and close deals: co-creation, licensing, creator collaborations, and institutio
