Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize online sales operations across major e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in FMCG/D2C e-commerce, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage catalogs, promotions, inventory, customer experience, and platform operations.

Job Description

Online Catalog Management
Manage and maintain product catalogs across e-commerce platforms.
Update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and availability.
Regularly audit catalogs and resolve product listing errors or inconsistencies.
E-Commerce Platform Operations
Manage operations across platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, BigBasket, Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, Flipkart, and similar platforms.
Coordinate with platform POCs regarding promotions, campaigns, and business strategies.




Resolve technical and operational issues with marketplace teams.
Sales & Performance Optimization
Drive sales through data-driven strategies, promotions, and campaigns.
Develop strategies to improve product visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Identify and onboard current e-commerce/quick-commerce platforms.
Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
Optimize product listings for better visibility and conversion.
Customer Coordination
Handle customer queries, complaints, feedback, and reviews across online platforms.
Coordinate with customer service teams to improve the overall buying experience.
Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and online ratings.
Logistics & Order Fulfilment
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfilment.
Monitor and resolve issues related to delays, returns, and cancellations.
Track inventory levels and ensure availability of products.
