Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Network Passive Cabling Project Engineer / Supervisor to support onsite network infrastructure projects in Mumbai and Pune.
The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in passive network cabling projects, structured cabling installations, containment systems, site supervision, and technician/subcontractor management.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise cable tray, cable ladder, conduit, and structured cabling installation activities.
Manage and coordinate technicians, fabricators, cable pullers, and subcontractors.
Supervise cable pulling, dressing, routing, termination preparation, and labeling activities.
Ensure cable containment installations are properly aligned, secured, and completed according to project requirements.
Monitor material usage and ensure proper site housekeeping.
Track daily site activities and maintain project progress reports.
Support preparation and maintenance of as-built documentation.




Ensure all work complies with required safety and quality standards.
Read and understand site layouts, installation drawings, and cabling plans.
Coordinate onsite activities to ensure work is completed according to project schedules.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate Degree or Diploma.
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in Network Passive Cabling Project Handling.
Strong knowledge of structured cabling and passive network infrastructure.
Experience with cable trays, ladders, conduits, cable routing, dressing, and labeling.
Previous experience supervising onsite technical teams and subcontractors.
Ability to read and understand site layouts and installation drawings.
Good coordination, reporting, and site management skills.
Willingness to work full-time onsite for a 1-year contract.
Must be comfortable with the offered salary of INR 35,000 per month.
