Job Purpose
The Regional Sales Head is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction within the assigned region. This role leads and inspires a high-performing sales team, develops and executes region-specific sales strategies, and builds strong relationships with key customers and partners. By combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership, the Regional Sales Head ensures the achievement of sales targets, strengthens brand presence, and contributes directly to the company’s long-term business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
Drive overall sales growth and achieve state-wise revenue and market share targets.
Develop and execute the B2 C sales strategy for the assigned state.
Appoint, manage, and expand the dealer, distributor, and retailer network.
Build strong relationships with channel partners to ensure business growth and loyalty.
Increase brand visibility through local marketing activities, retailer engagement,



and promotional campaigns.
Monitor product availability, inventory levels, and supply chain coordination across the state.
Lead, mentor, and monitor Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Officers, and the sales team.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales KPIs.
Identify new business opportunities, untapped markets, and high-potential territories.
Track competitor activities, pricing, product launches, and market trends to recommend business strategies.
Drive electrician, contractor, and influencer engagement programs to generate retail demand.
Ensure effective implementation of trade schemes, dealer incentives, and promotional offers.
Maintain robust coordination with marketing, finance, logistics, and customer service teams.
Review sales performance, forecast demand, and prepare periodic MIS reports for management.
