Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in B2 B sales with proven experience in selling Payroll Services, Statutory Compliance Services, Facility Management Services (FMS), and Contract Labour Services. The role requires an individual who can generate new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, cold calling, and outbound prospecting.
Acquire new clients for Payroll Services, Statutory Compliance Services, Facility Management Services (FMS), and Contract Labour Services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close business opportunities.




Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term business growth.
Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements based on client requirements.
Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives across the organization's service portfolio.
Utilize Linked In Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and other lead generation tools to identify and engage prospective clients.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to closure and client onboarding.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
Coordinate with internal operations, HR, compliance, and service delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service execution.
Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, and pipeline forecasts.
