Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing prospects,



and supporting the sales pipeline for CargoClave’s AI-powered trade management solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads through outbound and inbound channels, preparing and delivering presentations and demos to potential clients, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools.

The associate will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies, gather customer feedback, and support proposal creation and contract discussions. Success in this role requires consistent follow-up with stakeholders, clear communication of value propositions, and proactive engagement with the global logistics and trade ecosystem.
