Key Responsibilities
Design new fashion jewellery collections in line with the Everstylish brand.
Create jewellery designs from concept to final sample.
Research the latest jewellery, fashion, and market trends.
Prepare design sketches, mood boards, and design presentations.
Work closely with the sourcing and production teams to ensure designs can be manufactured efficiently.
Review product samples and suggest changes wherever required.
Coordinate with the merchandising and marketing teams for new product launches and photoshoots.
Maintain a record of design references, inspirations, and new ideas.
Ensure all jewellery designs meet Everstylish's quality standards and customer expectations.
Complete assigned design projects within the given timelines.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Jewellery Design or Accessory Design from NIFT / NID only
1-3 years of experience in fashion jewellery design, preferably in e-commerce or rapid-fashion
Strong hand-sketching and visualisation skills
In-depth knowledge of jewellery materials, moulds, construction techniques, and production processes
Strong aesthetic sense with excellent trend awareness and attention to detail
Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring a design team
