The Manager – Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for building and managing high-impact partnerships with government departments, state skill missions, CSR foundations, educational institutions, industry associations, training providers, and ecosystem stakeholders. • Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives. • Build and manage relationships with Government Departments, State Skill Development Missions, NSDC ecosystem partners, embassies, industry associations, and international workforce stakeholders. • Identify and secure partnerships with CSR foundations, philanthropic organizations, training institutions, universities, nursing colleges, ITIs, and skill centers. • Lead discussions, negotiations, and closure of partnership agreements, Mo Us, and collaboration frameworks. • Create recent sourcing channels for international workforce mobility programs. • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement large-scale skilling and placement initiatives. • Represent Magic Billion at conferences, government forums, industry events, and stakeholder meetings. • Develop partnership proposals, concept notes, presentations, and busines
