Job Description:
Bachelors or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Looking for 0 to 2 years of experience in sales Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Candidate should be able to manage and update customer data. Track, follow up, and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
Candidate should be able to coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Candidate should be able to Monitor customer feedback and relay insights to relevant departments.
Candidate should be able Generate reports on customer behaviour, sales performance, and campaign results. Support CRM campaigns, including emails, SMS, and loyalty programs.
Candidate should be able to ensure data accuracy and timely communication with clients.
Be responsible for generating sales through effective customer engagement and follow-ups.
