The HP Services team at Redington is at the forefront of transforming the Commercial PC business from a traditional hardware-led model to a solutions and services-driven organisation. The team is responsible for driving growth across HP’s services portfolio, including Warranty Services, Device-as-a-Service (Daa S), Managed Services, and Device Lifecycle Solutions.
Who we're looking for: Redington is seeking a high-impact Business Manager to lead the HP Services business for the Commercial PC portfolio at a national level. The role will be responsible for driving services-led growth , building a managed services ecosystem , and enhancing annuity-based revenue streams through partner-led execution.
This role is critical in transitioning the business from a transactional hardware model to a solutions and services-driven model.
Your role:
1. Business Planning & Revenue Ownership
Drive national-level revenue for HP Services including:
Warranty extensions
Device-as-a-Service (Daa S)
Managed and lifecycle services




Develop and execute a services growth strategy aligned with Commercial PC targets
Improve services attach rate across all business segments
2. Managed Services Ecosystem Development
Identify and onboard managed services partners across regions
Build partner capability in delivering end-to-end services offerings
Enable creation of integrated solutions (hardware + services bundles)
3. Partner Management & Enablement
Drive structured partner engagement programs for services
Conduct enablement sessions to improve services positioning and selling capability
Expand partner coverage and improve productivity across key markets
4. Vendor Management (HP Services)
Act as the primary interface for HP Services business
Collaborate with HP on:
GTM strategies
Programs, pricing, and promotions
Drive joint planning and execution to achieve business objectives
5. Sales Enablement & Deal Support
Support sales teams in structuring complex services deals
